Five entrants to win up to GBP 1,000 worth of Afrosphere.com advertising each and valid for 12 months from the date of commencement of the advertising. The Advertisers conditions apply. The winner can choose from any advertising / listing option subject to availability & standard eligibility.
1. The Promoter ("Promoter") is Afrosphere, owners and operators of "Afrosphere.com" ("Afrosphere.com") trading as "Afrosphere" ("Afrosphere").
2. The registration of a Listing ("Listing") is subject to your fulfilment of the Listing eligibility criteria, Afrosphere will enter your details into the prize draw competition. By entering into this prize draw you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who are found to be in breach or threaten to breach these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prize draw entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. Entry is restricted to one per person.
5. The prize draw is open to new Business Directory Listing registrations that have been successfully processed by Afrosphere.
6. Neither Afrosphere employees, suppliers, members of their family or anyone connected with the prize draw are eligible to participate in it.
7. By participating in the prize draw entrants agree to be contacted by Afrosphere by email, post and telephone in relation to Afrosphere's products and services.
8. The prize winner's must co-operate and participate in publicity concerning the prize draw at the Promoter's discretion.
9. The Closing Date ("Closing Date") for this prize draw competition is 31st August 2010.
10. The prize draw competition will occur within 14 days of the Closing Date.
11. The prize winner's will be informed of their prize win within 28 days of the prize draw competition taking place. The prize winner's names and location will be made available by sending an email to freeprizedraw@afrosphere-dot-com within 60 days of the closing date.
12. The prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter and witnessed by an independent observer. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner's will be notified by email using the details provided by the entrant via the Listing registration process. If the winner does not claim their free advertising after been notified or cannot be contacted, through no fault of the Promoter within 28 days of the Prize being posted by the Promoter an alternative winner will be selected at random and the original prize winner will no longer be entitled to the prize. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize may only be used to buy paid for advertising / listing services on Afrosphere.com. Where the value of selected advertising / listing is greater than the GBP 1000 prize, the price winner will be invoiced the excess.
15. Afrosphere accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries. In addition prize draw registrations that are incomplete not transmitted or transmitted with errors or corruptions will be deemed invalid for the purposes of this promotion.
16. The award of prizes and arrangements for delivery will be at the discretion of the Promoter following provision by the winners of proof of their eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw the promotion or provide an alternative or substitute prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash-alternative will be provided.
18. Afrosphere is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy and security of entrants personal information. All information collected during the prize draw will be treated strictly in accordance with Afrosphere's Privacy Policy Statement.
